Job Title: Finance IT Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Finance IT Specialist with a solid background in accounting and expertise in systems like Tally and Navision. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transitioning our accounting systems to advanced ERP software such as SAP and Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, optimize, and integrate accounting systems like Tally and Navision
  • Integrate peripheral systems (CRM, purchase software, LIMS) with accounting systems
  • Liaise between Finance and Software teams to address needs and ensure smooth operations
  • Recommend and implement new ERP software solutions
  • Lead the migration process to new ERP software with minimal disruption
  • Offer training and support to end users on new ERP software functionality
  • Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and regulatory compliance during transition
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance financial processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in accounting using Tally, Navision, or PowerBI for tracking business KPIs
  • Experience in transitioning accounting systems to new ERP software
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic programming knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Certification in accounting or IT (CPA, CMA, CISA) is advantageous
