You are responsible for

  • Executing 3 analytical projects related to customer service field data
  • Documenting process flow of AS-IS process related to upstream and downstream processes related to problem statement
  • Documenting and presenting root cause of problem statements given as project
  • Identifying possible solutions with PROS and CONS
  • Delivering sustainability plan for projects with impact associated

You are a part of
IGT Mobile Surgery Customer Service BU team

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Analytical mindset
  • Understanding of LEAN SIX SIGMA
  • Medium to advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel
  • Good presentation skills
  • Change management attitude
