1. Strong data analytics skills. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools will be a plus (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik)

  • Strong technical background in DB- Oracle database (SQL & PL SQL knowledge must)
  • Hands-on experience in Python or Java development.
  • Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects
  • Strong can-do attitude and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge on SRE concepts would be an added advantage.
  • Perform data analysis and provide detailed recommendations to get process improvement across LOB with focusing on creating capacity within the org through right placement of work, elimination, or automation.
  • Connect with senior stakeholders within Production management space to demonstrate the service management efficiency projects
  • Regular senior management updates with an effective scoreboard.
  • Create crisp and clear presentations skills with details on the working model and recommendations.
  • Able to communicate technical terminology at the appropriate level to the audience and Coding skills would be an advantage.
  • Work closely with LOB teams to plan and deliver solutions, managing dependencies on other teams
  • Identify and drive automation of manual, regular tasks by understanding business needs and leveraging the available platforms
  • Recommend and oversee process improvements
  • Communicates with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Applies in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
  • Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Ensure close governance and tracking of milestones to align deliverables and timelines to team requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences.
  • Active involvement in and ownership of Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
