Job Description:

Wizhob is seeking a committed and knowledgeable online psychologist with a focus on group therapy. In this position, you will lead online group therapy sessions and offer participants support direction, and mental health education. You will be able to conduct counselling sessions from any location as these are remote sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Counselling Sessions:
Plan and lead online sessions on diverse mental health topics. Facilitate discussions and activities for emotional well-being. Utilise therapy approaches that are supported by evidence to address clients' problems and encourage improved mental health outcomes.

Support and Guidance:


Offer empathetic support to clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties, cultivating a safe therapeutic space for healing and personal growth.


Create a Safe Space:
Create a welcoming virtual space, fostering acceptance for all.

Guide group dynamics to sustain a positive and supportive atmosphere, intervening when needed, to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone.


Assessment and Progress Tracking:
Before counselling, assess the individual's needs to customize the approach. Continuously monitor and adapt strategies to ensure responsive and beneficial counselling for each group member.

Requirements:

Must be a certified counsellor.

Capacity to uphold confidentiality and follow moral principles.

Being at ease operating virtually and remotely.

Stable internet connection and an appropriate setting for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

State licensure or certification as a professional counsellor or psychologist.

Proven experience in conducting group counselling sessions.

Strong understanding of various counselling techniques and modalities.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance

Salary:
₹ ₹1,500.00 per hour
