This role requires a strong understanding of career development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals succeed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Education, Psychology).

Proven experience in career counseling, training, or related roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Empathetic and patient demeanor.

Knowledge of educational and career development resources.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary: 15K negotiable**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
