**Job Title: Registered Clinical Psychologist**

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a Registered Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals across the lifespan. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Formulating accurate diagnoses based on assessment findings and diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM-5 or relevant classification systems.
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and presenting problems.
- Providing evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or psychodynamic therapy.
- Monitoring clients' progress throughout the course of treatment and adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment planning.
- Providing crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed, including suicide risk assessment and safety planning.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision, training, and continuing education, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of psychology.
