Role Description

This is a full-time, in-office SaaS Salesperson role, located in Chennai, for Bumsa Inc. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing and building customer relationships, developing a pipeline of potential prospects, and closing deals. They should have experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) and have prior success in selling to small-to-medium-sized businesses. However, we would consider a Fresher if they check the boxes of excellent communication, being hungry ready to hustle, and ability to take ownership of their work.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a night shift in North American time zones
  • Must be willing to work in-office as this is NOT a work-from-home or hybrid opportunity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior sales experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry is an asset.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) system is a plus
  • Fluency in English as they will be primarily selling in Canada and the United States.
  • Would consider a Fresher if they check the boxes of being hungry and ready to hustle.
