Job Summary:

The Expo Coordinator at Audyogik Vyavsay Prashikshan Va Margdarshan Sanstha (AVPMS) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's participation in expos, trade fairs, and industry events.

This position involves meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure a successful representation of AVPMS, fostering connections within the entrepreneurial ecosystem and promoting its mission.


Key Responsibilities:

Expo Planning and Strategy:
Develope a comprehensive strategy for AVPMS's participation in expos, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the management team to define key objectives, budget, and timelines for each expo.

Logistics and Coordination :
Liaise with expo organizers to secure booth space, negotiate contracts, and manage all logístical requirements.
Coordinate logistics including booth setup, materials, AV equipment, shipping, and on-site arrangements.

Booth Management and Brand Representation :Oversee the design and setup of the expo booth to ensure a visually appealing and engaging presence.
Manage booth staff, their schedules, and responsibilities during the event.
Represent AVPMS professionally, articulating its mission, programs, and offerings to expo attendees.

Marketing and Promotion Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors to the AVPMS booth.
Create compelling promotional materials, presentations, and displays to showcase the organization's initiatives effectively.

Networking and Relationship Building :
Engage with industry stakeholders, potential partners, and participants to build relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.

Act as a representative of AVPMS, fostering connections with entrepreneurs, investors, government officials, and key figures in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.


Event Reporting and Analysis :
Conduct post-expo evaluations to assess the success of AVPMS's participation, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing expo outcomes, including lead generation, partnerships initiated, and impact on organizational objectives.

Team Leadership and Coordination :
Lead and coordinate the expo team, ensuring clear communication, roles delegation, and efficient execution of tasks.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven experience in expo coordination, event management, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage logistics effectively, and deliver results within deadlines.
