Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Associate /Sr Associate (Recruiter)- Placement Operations to drive Hero Vired Learner's Placement Journey Mapping and success. Your primary goal will be to ensure that learner actively participates in career activities and gets a successful career transition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end mapping of the learner in their learning journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless preparation for each individual.
  • Monitor the qualitative and quantitative growth of learners by tracking their progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance their learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, including career preparedness and the corporate team, to align learner goals and objectives, ensuring a comprehensive support system.
  • Utilize your understanding of learner profiles, skills, and aspirations to match them with suitable opportunities brought by the corporate relations team, maximizing their potential for success.
  • Handle learner processes efficiently, including progress tracking, and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, including placement processes.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including learners, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Understanding of learner development and career progression, with the ability to provide guidance and support to learners throughout their journey.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Working knowledge of Excel
  • Any working knowledge of Applicant tracking system (ATS) tool (Preferred).
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
