Job Description:

  • Shall develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
  • Shall discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage.
  • Help departments to use Technology profitably.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to access technological performance.
  • Use stakeholder's feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
  • Minimum 10 Years experience in all Technical aspects of the business.

Objective of this role:

Handling overall Strategic and Operational Responsibility

Design and Implement Project Requirements, Process, and Procedures from creation to completion

Oversee daily operations of the Company and monitor Projects

Organizing Project Team to perform operational tasks, delegating teams accordingly

Managing Project Deliverables and completion schedules

Coordinating with SCM, Finance and Business Teams for seamless deliveries of the Projects

Risk Mitigation of Cash Flows

Complete management of Projects:

Project Scope, Project Integration, Project Cost, Project Resources, Project Communications, Project Stakeholder Management, Project Procurement Management, and Project Collections.

Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, objective planning, operational strategy, Fundraising needs & Investors Relations


Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual business planning.

Oversee Company operations and employee productivity, building a highly disciplined culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are achieved as per the Annual Targets and objective

Ensure effective recruiting, on-boarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of the productive manpower

Adhere to Company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action as per the demand

Robust Planning & Successful Implementation of Mergers & Acquisitions resulting in Profits and overall growth of the Company

Be instrumental in introducing new Policies and Strategies for the growth of the Company & employees

Experience:

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technical forte handling ground sites preferably in simulations, MI, Aircraft, tankers

Experience in GTM, Product Management, Marketing & Technology Operations

Expertise in IoT, Infrastructure Technology, Modern Cyber & Utility Technology

Knowledge & adaptation of emerging Technology in IT/Telecom Sector

Proven Record of Building Multi-Tier Technology Infra Structures

Educational & other Qualification Criteria:

1) Bachelor's degree preferably B.E or Higher

2)

Rank:

Lt. Col/Wing Cdr or Above (Air force & Army)
3) Retd. or serving preferably in short service commission
4) People who are stationed in headquarters on ground duty
5) People who are serving but willing to resign

3) Financial planning and Budget development (In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management)

6) Strategic planning and vision for Business Growth
7) A solid grasp of Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
8) Marketing and business development skills
9) Understanding of Advanced Business Planning & Regulatory issues
10) Leadership skills with Problem-solving skills and have a foresight into potential issues
11) Market & Business Intelligence
12) In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements

13) Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
14) Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and implementation of E-SOPs
15) Fundraising experience /Investor Relations
