JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Service now implementation experience in at least for 23 customers on different Servicenow Applications like PPM, HRSD, FSM Applications and at least one Custom/scoped Application development experience is mandatory.
  • Handson experience developing using JavaScript.
  • Handson experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and any Implementation certifications are desirable.
  • Should be comfortable working in Agile Delivery model, working with customers to understand the requirements and developing the stories on top of them

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including Service Portal, Catalog Management, Workflow Management, and Scripting.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports/exports.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java,.Net, JavaScript, etc.), including understanding of objectoriented principles.
  • Interest in software systems, demonstrable expertise in anyone programming language.
  • Motivated selfstarter with a proactive attitude towards tasks.
  • Good understanding of relational databases.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies, such as Client Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries for database operations.
  • Good problemsolving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A selfmotivated and fast learner who can adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
