Job Description

As an


ICT Support Officer , you'll have the opportunity to manage and innovate our ITC infrastructure across various platforms, including Video Conferencing, VOIP Communication, and WAN and Network services, both cloud-based and local.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and communication within an international network. Additionally, you'll oversee all system backups, including CNC machines, and spearhead disaster recovery initiatives.

Constructing Your Role:
Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective technical assistance, support, and training to end-users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.


Set up, install, configure, and manage new and existing hardware and users, performing network maintenance in accordance with company procedures and security guidelines.


Maintain and manage all company ICT infrastructure and platforms, including Video Conferencing, VOIP Communication, WAN, and Network services, both cloud and local, as well as related service provider plans.

Manage all system backups, including CNC machines, and handle related retrieval and disaster recovery.


Administer Microsoft O365 Admin Centre, including PowerShell, licensing, and site and library access security, while continuously improving the end-user experience.

Stay up to date with ICT developments and assess their potential benefits to the company.

Assist GSM with Netsuite back-end maintenance, including the review and maintenance of existing scripts and workflows using JavaScript.

Provide GSM support with integration requirements between Netsuite and other platforms in use.

Previous Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Netsuite experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate patience and support in an IT environment
