As a Head Of Production for STAGE, You will be leading and guiding the creation of diverse original content which includes series, documentaries and films. You will be responsible for managing all phases of production ensuring that the produced content meets our quality standards. This role requires a strong fundamental understanding and knowledge in film production and exceptional leadership skills.


What would you do?

  • Lead the development and production of original content such as scripted series, documentaries, films, and other exclusive programming, ensuring alignment with the platform's creative vision and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, directors, producers, and talent to bring creative concepts to life, providing guidance and feedback on storytelling, character development, visual style, and technical execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production planning and script development to post-production editing and final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Establish and enforce robust quality assurance processes to ensure that all content meets the platform's standards for technical quality, creative excellence, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in film equipment, technology, and techniques, and leverage this knowledge to enhance the visual quality and production value of our content offerings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to optimize content delivery workflows, encoding/transcoding processes, and streaming protocols, ensuring seamless playback and optimal viewing experiences for our audience.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers involved in content production, post-production, and technical operations, ensuring alignment with quality standards and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the production and quality teams, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new storytelling techniques and visual styles.


Requirements

You Should Apply if you have

Bachelor's degree in film, television production, media studies, or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in content production and quality management, with a strong background in film sense, language, technique, and equipment.
Proven track record of developing and producing high-quality original content across multiple genres and formats.
Deep understanding of visual storytelling principles, film theory, and cinematic techniques, with the ability to apply these concepts to content creation and production processes.
Strong technical expertise in film equipment, camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing tools and software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
