As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Influencer & PR Manager to join our PC & Console team in our office hubs in Bangalore.
As an Influencer & PR Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers, liaising with the product marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies across different channels and keep up with the latest trends. You will report to our Senior Influencer & PR Manager - PCC. Responsibilities
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and game genres
- Responsibilities include managing influencer partnerships, negotiating contracts, planning content, and providing feedback.
- Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, covering metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Manage the budget, PO's & invoices for each campaign. Share a monthly update with your line manager or respective Product Manager
- Maintain close working relationships with a variety of external agencies and suppliers, creating solid briefs and ensuring quality of output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, creative, and product marketing, to develop cohesive and successful campaigns
- Help input into any relevant marketing discussions e.g. post-launch content plans.
- Report to the Senior Manager of Influencer and PR for all relevant matters that affect your job and work.
- Fully comply with the company's procedures, processes, strategies and tactics as may be issued from time to time.
- Ad-hoc other tasks which may arise from time to time and be assigned to you by other team heads or leads
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in managing influencers, minimum of 3 years with a strong emphasis on campaign management, planning, and execution.
- Platform Knowledge: Excellent understanding of all social and influencer platforms, with the ability to optimise content for each.
- Gaming Interest: A keen interest in video games is essential, with prior experience in the gaming industry preferred.
- Hands-On Skills: Extensive experience in influencer contracting, briefing, content creation, and reporting.
- Campaign Integration: Knowledge of how paid and earned influencer campaigns can coexist and complement each other.
- Creative and Analytical Balance: Strong balance between creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Campaign Excellence: Deep understanding of what makes an influencer campaign engaging, standout, and performance-driven.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to interpret data to influence creative decisions and drive results.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and diplomatic skills for working with diverse team members and agencies, both internal and external.
- Positive Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with resilience and determination.
- Multi-Market Experience: Experience working across multiple markets is advantageous.
- Adaptability: Ability to perform effectively under ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Passion: Passion for working collaboratively in a global environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of influencer management tools and proficiency with Google and Microsoft's productivity and collaboration tools is preferred.
- Based in one of our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
