We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Presales Specialist to join our team.
As a Presales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and showcase the value of our products/services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead Generation:Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and networking events to identify and engage potential leads.
Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of prospects in our target market segments.Collaborate with the cross functional team to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.
Pre Sales:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during the pre-sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific requirements and challenges of each prospect.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and pricing models.
Lead Conversion:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up.
Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects and provide relevant information to alleviate their doubts.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for closing deals.
Track and report on lead conversion metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
