What You Will Do:
In this role, you will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for our programs.

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying the needs of prospects and recommending suitable programs through outbound calls.
  • Closing sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and followup.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and new product offerings.

Competencies:

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales (We welcome new talents and encourage freshers to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
