The Warehouse Fulfillment Executive for Renovation Factory is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled within the specified time frame.
Handle special packaging or labeling requests as per customer or product requirements.

Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the Warehouse Manager.

Receiving and Stocking:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
Stock items in the correct locations and ensure inventory is organized.
Update inventory management system with received goods.

Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure they meet company standards.
Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or fulfillment errors.

Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Assist in optimizing warehouse layout for efficiency.

Customer Service:
Respond to order-related inquiries and issues from the customer service team.
Collaborate with customer service to resolve any order-related problems or returns.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory transactions.
Provide regular reports on fulfillment performance and inventory status.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Order accuracy rate
Average order processing time
Inventory accuracy
Number of returns or fulfillment errors
Compliance with safety protocols

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors in Commerce; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience of about 5 years in warehouse operations or fulfilment, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position, typically in a warehouse environment.
May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet business demands.
