As a Customer Relationship Executive at Bravura Packers, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with our valued customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your primary objective will be to uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Order Processing: Facilitate the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with logistics and other departments to meet customer expectations.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with relevant teams to implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to maximize revenue.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Ensure all customer-related documentation is organized and accessible.

Customer Education: Provide customers with product information, features, and benefits. Educate customers on best practices to optimize their use of the company's products or services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
