  • Zycus is looking for a Content Intern to undertake the responsibility of creating and maintaining content specific to Zycus' products ranging from explaining their functionalities to highlighting their USPs.

What will you be doing?

  • 1. Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, SMEs, to obtain an indepth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Determine the needs of end-users of technical documentation and create Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes, and other documentation.
3. Create flyers, brochures, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and guides to present the benefits of Zycus' products for visual learners.

  • Design and develop product explanation videos and other engaging content to impart product knowledge to various stakeholders.
  • Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues, and other internal developments.
6. Work on SharePoint to create and maintain the internal Knowledge Repository.
Job Requirement

What will you require to be successful in this role:

  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Experience in technical content writing for SaaS products is preferred.
  • Exposure to technical writing, video creation and editing, as well as the ability to adopt a professional style, tone, and voice in various types of content.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Flair with visually appealing content creation.
