Business Developement Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company objectives.
  • Arrange and conduct business development meetings with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new revenue and business sources.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key data.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with new customers.
  • Generate leads through bidding portals such as Upwork.
  • Focus on securing repeat business while continuously attracting new clients.
  • Train personnel and assist team members in developing their skills.
  • Achieve both personal and team targets, demonstrating a targetdriven approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT offshore sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to manage international leads across different time zones.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and able to work with mínimal guidance, handling uncertainty with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in writing detailed reports and providing management with feedback and updates.

Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
