Salesforce Architect
Join us to do the best work of your career as a Salesforce Architect on our Salesforce Operations team. This position is location in India - remote. Applica

As a Salesforce Architect, you will:

  • Provide expert level administration of the entire end to end platform, using Salesforce best practices.
  • Analyze the current state of our platform and provide a roadmap to streamline the org. This includes security, technical debt, data retention, automation, installed apps and documentation.
  • Proactively drive innovation and automation into our instance to increase productivity and usability by all levels of our end users.
  • Work to understand the Boomi business, including sales and marketing processes and support and community usage, to design solutions to meet the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with users and teammates to gather requirements, write user stories, and create prototypes and proofs of concept. Create technical and functional documentation for all solutions.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams like the integration, data warehouse and engineering teams to troubleshoot data and implement solutions.
  • Aim for configuration over customization. Design for simplicity and scalability.
  • Groom and refine the development backlog. Project and workstream planning.
  • Evaluate new business use cases to determine functional and feasibility requirements, providing data modeling and project scoping, business as well as technical solutions. Review other administrator scoped solutions and provide guidance and feedback.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar discipline
  • 8+ years of extensive, significant, and dedicated work across the entire Salesforce platform

One or more current Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application, System or Technical):

  • Extensive experience with roles, profiles, security setting and hierarchies, sharing rules, custom objects and fields, validation rules, custom metadata, etc.
  • Technical experience with configurations/codebased customization i.e., Flows, Apex, standard and custom Lightning Components, HTML, JavaScript CSS.
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies.
Desirable Requirements

  • Master's degree in one of the above disciplines
  • Experience with integration software (i.e. Boomi)
  • Experience in hypergrowth SaaS company
