Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Timings: 7:00PM - 3:30AM (IST)

Location: Hitech City Madhapur, Hyderabad (5 days a week onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, and networking techniques to identify potential candidates for contract and full-time positions.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

· Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand client requirements and align candidate submissions accordingly.

· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, facilitating the entire recruitment process.

· Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and other employment conditions with candidates.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or Any Degree

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent Cold-calling Skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment practices.

· Basic knowledge of IT terminology and concepts is a plus.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
