Installationand Maintenance:
Install troubleshoot repair and maintain varioustypes of equipment or machinery at customersites

TechnicalSupport:
Provide technical support to customers both remotely andonsite guiding them through troubleshooting procedures andresolving technicalissues

CustomerInteraction:
Develop and maintain positive relationships withcustomers ensuring their satisfaction with the serviceprovided

Training:
Train customers on the proper usage and maintenance of equipment toenhance their understanding and minimize futureissues

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activitiesincluding service reports equipment logs and customercommunication

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including sales engineering andproduct development to communicate customer feedback and contributeto continuousimprovement

QualityAssurance:
Ensure that service activities adhere to qualitystandards and comply with company policies andprocedures

Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizingproblemsolving skills to identify root causes and implementeffectivesolutions

OncallSupport:
Provide oncall support as needed to address urgentcustomer issues outside regular workinghours

EquipmentUpgrades:
Assist in the implementation of equipment upgrades andenhancements asrequired

EducationalBackground:
Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering or a relatedfield

TechnicalSkills:
Strong technical knowledge in the relevant field withproficiency in troubleshooting andproblemsolving

CommunicationSkills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills foreffective customerinteractions

Experience:
Previous experience in a field service or technical support role ispreferred

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and travelfrequently to customerlocations
