Tracxn is a Bangalore based company that offers a platform for VC, PE, Corp Devs & startup professionals. We are a team of 750+ professionals serving clients globally. Our client base includes big names like Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, NEA; and companies like ING, Societe Generale, LG, and Royal Bank of Canada. Notable investors in Tracxn include Ratan Tata, Nandan Nilekani, Sachin Bansal, and Binny Bansal. Currently, we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join us as AVP BD - Integration Products.
- Candidates must have experience in selling Integration Products like APIs
- Senior management role responsible for building & managing a high-performing sales team
- Frontend sales role driving end-to-end sales of Integration products
- B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales experience required
- Expected to sell to various clients including Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 Corporates, Investment Banks, Accelerators, Incubators, etc.
- Position based in Bangalore with remote outreach to prospects
- Working hours from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm for EMEA market
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tracxns products, customers, and competitors
- Track conversion funnel and provide strategic input
- Monitor sales pipeline, leads, demos, and closures
- Provide updates on key sales metrics to Leadership Team
- Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with other teams for improvements
- Implement and enhance the Sales Playbook
- Manage Sales Operations effectively
- Conduct daily 1-on-1s with the team
- Review team's work and provide feedback for improvement
- Participate in team building and performance management
- Experience in selling Integration Products
- At least 4 years in sales closures
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities
