Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships in the mid and enterprise market, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS product.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of the SaaS Identify and target prospective clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS product.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales support team.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
