We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement:
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing deals.
Ensure the successful transition of closed deals to the account management team.

Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Provide regular reports and analysis of sales performance to management.

Customer Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve products and services.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales roles

Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to articulate value propositions and build compelling business cases.

Relationship Building:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
