Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Executive role at Version Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, business communication, and account management. The role involves on-site work and collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth and strategic partnerships.
Experience: 0-3 Years
Location: Rajkot (Onsite)
Responsibilities
Develop sales pipeline: Through leads generated from various marketing channels, Partners, references & self.
Generating new business opportunities from new & old clients to achieve assigned targets.
Assist the management in developing the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.
Relationship building with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Effectively overcome objections to sales in a calming and convincing manner. Additional supervisory and training experience.
Demonstrate & Modify Products as per the requirement of clients and send techno-commercial offers to the clients.
Responsible for utmost customer satisfaction and resolving all customer issues in assigned areas of operation with minimum escalations.
Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing Large-value deals.
Sales forecasting – Product wise / Individual.
Responsible for achieving Sales of existing and new products in the assigned market and achieving company goals and objectives.
Skills Required
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Proactive, Dedicated, and Committed to tasks allocated.
Possess a learning attitude to meet the company's expectations to achieve personal and company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates qualifying Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing, MCA, or Any Graduate.
