Deliver end to end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to our clients and build a strong relation with them;Be responsible for Technical and Functional deliverables within the project or project(s).Work alongside PMO and colleagues in functional, testing, change management, support and architecture roles to ensure the successful deliveries.

Confident in presenting concepts to a variety of stakeholders and have strong influencing and negotiating skills to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered to meet the client requirementsManage a workstream including on and offshore resources across multiple geographies.

Deliver work in provided to timeline and budget and identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Functional Experts in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management.

Completed at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projectsHands-on experience in three of the following modules Core HR , Absence Management, Oracle HCM Payroll (US/UK).Technical Expertise on Fast- Formulas, HDL, Fast Formulas and API Integration.

Knowledge on API Integration is must.
Experience of identifying functional gaps and provide solutionsConfigure and test the application as per business requirement.

Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client team s.

Based on the experienced salary that can be negotiatedlocation can be Chennai or Bangalore.
