Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Human Capital Suite, Talent Management, Workforce Management and Payroll.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion configuration and setup related to HCM modules.
  • Ability to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Understanding of how to align Oracle Fusion applications with organizational workflows.
  • Experience in testing Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Keeping up to date with Oracle Fusion updates, patches, and new features


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare functional specifications for Custom reports, PaaS extensions.
  • Prepare and Validate data conversion templates with customer data
  • Help and support the reporting/data migration/testing team during various phases of the project development and testing.
  • Offering support and assistance to users during and after the implementation phase
  • Performing quality assurance checks to validate the functionality of HCM processes.
  • Help the testing team to create test cases/test scenarios for various business flows in HCM in alignment with the customer specific processes.
  • Performing quality assurance checks to validate the functionality of HCM/Payroll processes for customer developed components Arrange internal trainings for the team to scale them up with the Fusion functionalities
