Your responsibilities Primary Support to Site Leadership: Act as the key support for the leadership team at Adform Mumbai, offering assistance and guidance as needed. Office Coordination: Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to ensure strict adherence to company policies and standards. Office Maintenance: Ensure the smooth day-to-day maintenance of the office, including coordinating with vendors, managing cleaning and maintenance services, and maintaining an inventory of office supplies. Admin Support: Act as the key coordinator and provide support for various administrative activities in Mumbai, including communication with vendors, banks, courier services, and other relevant stakeholders. Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, as well as provide assistance to employees with tasks such as visa applications, travel ticket bookings, and hotel reservations. General Inquiry: Respond to general inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing assistance and information as needed. Document Management: Handle the filing and retrieval of documents, ensuring the timely processing of signatures and maintaining organized records. Onboarding Support: Play a crucial role in welcoming new team members, assisting with their onboarding process, and helping them feel integrated into the organization. Employee Engagement and Communication: Plan and execute employee engagement and internal communication activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment and strengthen team cohesion. Coordination with Office Managers from Adform's global locations to ensure alignment and consistency in administrative practices and processes. Efficiently manage and maintain the Adform India Site Leader's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational priorities.
