Reporting to - The Accounting Manager reports to the Director Finance COE and works closely with the Corporate HQ Finance team based out of New York .

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary - upto 22 LPA (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

General Ledger:

  • ASC 842 roll forward – perform quarterly roll forward to add or delete leases as appropriate. (Lease Accounting )
  • CECL roll forward – perform semi annual roll forward to ensure adequate provision is maintained. (Expected Credit Losses Accounting )
  • Annual Audit Support – assist the Controller with reviewing PBC requests and managing audit related workstreams.

Consolidation:

  • Assist the Controller's team with the monthly consolidation – partner with Controller and Consolidation Manager on supplemental reporting for balance sheet and income statement items to support the annual audit and FP&A reporting to senior leadership.
  • Lender Reporting – support the quarterly lender reporting process through post consolidation compilation of P&L, BS and Cash Flow incorporating PPA and audit related adjustments
  • Partner with DBA (database administrator) and Controller's team to ensure optimal use of OneStream (consolidation system) – use the system for supplemental reporting (as we move from manual consolidation)

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant. (must)

2. US CPA would be an added advantage

3. US GAAP financial reporting experience, ASC 842 reporting experience required. (must)

4. 3 to 4 years of public accounting and private/public company experience

5. Knowledge of monthly close, consolidations, and reconciliations (intercompany reconciliation experience is essential)

6. Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.

7. Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.

8. Proven experience in financial project management.

9. Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
