We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Engagement Lead to join our talented team at Compass Group India. As the Engagement Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement initiatives, cultivating a positive work environment, and overseeing reward and recognition programs throughout the organization. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who excels at communication, creativity, and strategic planning to ensure a stimulating and fulfilling workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Engagement:
    • Implement engagement strategies to enhance work culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
    • Organize and oversee celebratory events to ensure seamless coordination across various regions.
    • Facilitate Employee Townhall meetings to promote transparent communication within the organization.
    • Arrange Leadership Connect sessions for direct interaction between employees and the Chief People Officer.
    • Plan and execute festive celebrations like Diwali in alignment with organizational values.
    • Drive Employee Engagement Survey initiatives, analyze feedback, and implement improvement plans.
    • Support Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification efforts, ensuring alignment with assessment criteria.
    • Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects to uphold social and environmental commitments.
  • Reward & Recognition:
    • Oversee Awards programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
    • Regularly review and enhance processes to maintain a fun and rewarding work environment.
    • Design and implement recognition programs that align with organizational objectives.
    • Ensure effective delivery of reward and recognition programs in collaboration with local teams.
    • Coordinate reward and recognition activities at Annual Events.
  • Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage engagement budgets and resource allocation effectively.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to connect with employees at all levels through engagement activities.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative approach to designing programs that resonate with employees.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with senior leadership, HR, and employees.
  • Policy Development: Experience in creating policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Efficiency & Digitalization: Utilize technology to optimize engagement processes.
  • Monitoring & Enhancement: Evaluate initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in engagement, reward, or related roles in the food services or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in designing successful engagement and recognition programs.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
