About Our Client

Our client is a leading European brand in the alcoholic beverages domain. They are growing by strength in India and are looking to hire a regional sales manager for the West & North region of India.

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts. Understand client needs, preferences, and business goals. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers. Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns. Act as a bridge between our company and local businesses, fostering The development and execution of effective strategies to entail target achievements. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Act as the point of contact to the wider teams (sales, marketing, and operations) and Distributor to facilitate plans execution, revenue objectives Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas for expansion.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should:

Have 3+ years of experience in the West/North region for alcoholic beverages Be an MBA from a college of repute Have an analytical and a entrepreneurial bent of mind
