SolidCAM India is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to bolster our presence in Pune. He/She will work closely with the India sales team to understand the technical aspects of the products and services being sold and use this knowledge to identify and target potential customers, as well as to provide support and guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to effectively position our offerings.
  • Identify & Groom potential resellers in the region.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is must.
  • 3 - 5 Years of Field Sales Experience selling CAD/CAM / Machine Tools / Cutting Tools or Technology based Solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and services being sold.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be Tech Savy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office & CRM software.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Must be based in Pune.
  • Passion for Travelling as this is an On-Field Profile.

Please note that this position entails an on-field profile, requiring physical presence at the workplace, and is not a work-from-home or remote profile. This profile involves extensive travelling. Having your own Conveyance is a must.
