Core Skills· Need a Data Scientist to develop the back end services and manage the service . Contract has been signed and we are moving forward with development. Needs to be able to develop and adapt what has already been developed for SEBN.

Work collaboratively with a Full Stack Developer.· Work collaboratively with existing SDSE development staff on webcrawling and interface and BI.· Supporting the SWAT and Pen testing development needed to enable go-liveKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES(Bullet points of the duties of the role)· Extensive experience (> ;;= 5 years) in Data Science and SQL DB Development.· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

There is a large amount of engagement with Electronics and communication is key to resolve customer issues and work effectively with the client.· Skills on best code practice, clean coding, and optimization of application performance· Responsibility for supervising daily activities of team and ensuring high levels of morale and commitment.

May schedule and assign work to team or unit staff.· Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.

EDUCATION:
(Education /qualifications required to do this job)Excellent maths and technical skills. Trained to minimum of university Degree level.

Extensive experience (> ;;= 7 years) in Data Science and Database development· Experience leading the development and upgrading of database systems.

Able to play a pivotal role in analysing problems, developing creative solutions and produce models that can aid decision making.· Extensive analytical techniques, mathematical models and statistical analysis experience.· Trend Forecasting Risk Analysis· Experienced in Break-Even analysis, Segmentation analysis and Classification Techniques· Carried out automating procedures in statistical analysis, data reporting, statistical forecasting and pattern recognition to minimize costs and maximize profits.· Deep knowledge in statistical analysis including univariate, bivariate, multivariate methods, Factor analysis, cluster analysis and extensive use of Logistic Regression.· Skills on best code practice, clean coding, and optimization of application performance· Extensive experience in Excel, JavaScript, Python and SQL· Experienced with developing webcrawling and deploying webcrawling at scale.

Able to import bot results back into SQL Database.· Experienced in managing crawling bots, preventing port blocking and developing solutions to web crawling bots being denied access due to security measures on websites.
