Your role will involve data extraction, cleansing, processing, and report creation using BI tools. Your inputs will play a crucial role in shaping vital business decisions made by the leadership team, so attention to detail is paramount. You will need to analyze data meticulously, identify anomalies, track key trends, and develop analytical reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Integrity is fundamental as you will be handling sensitive and confidential healthcare data.

As a Data Analyst, you will have the chance to progress within our Data Science or Product Management teams. Our organization offers a flat structure that encourages high performers to advance vertically within their teams or explore horizontal moves to broaden their expertise and delve into different work areas. We believe in accelerating the growth of talented individuals by assigning them more complex challenges to tackle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Handle confidential data following established guidelines.
  • Create reports and conduct analyses using Spreadsheets and BI tools.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Provide expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable Engineering institution.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Be skilled in using SQL and have experience with relational and non-relational databases such as mySQL, PostGres, Presto, and Mongo (Athena/redshift exposure is a plus).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in modern BI tools like Tableau.
  • Understand Python for Data pre-processing/Cleaning for ML models (an added advantage).
  • Possess knowledge of Basic Statistics.
  • Exhibit high-level written and verbal communication abilities.
