Job Purpose & Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Understanding of Switzerland, Germany, UK, France and Canada – Payroll Compliances/Accounting/taxation
  • Managing and owning end to end books of accounts for European & Canada Subsidiaries
  • Managing all Compliances covering
  • Payroll Compliances
  • Statutory compliances
  • All other regulatory compliances
  • Coordinate with all other group entities to cover all intercompany transactions
  • Liaison with other departments including HR, senior management for ensuring smooth payroll and other reporting processes
  • Coordination with consultants as hired for meeting any statutory or legal requirements as per local laws
  • End to end audit coordination and getting them completed and filed along with all returns
  • KRA – General Ledger (GL) accounting and compliance support
  • Supporting GL Controller in day to day and monthly closing activities
  • Expense accrual and monitoring accrual actualization
  • Prepaid amortization and related schedules and reporting
