Job Description

Für einen internationalen Konzern in der Luftfahrtbranche suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung (m/w/d) im Bereich IT-Servicemanagement in Vollzeit bei 35 Wochenstunden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Major Incidents, Bearbeitung von Eskalationen
  • Mitarbeit im Support-Management, Problem Management und Configurationsmangement
  • Aktivierung und Steuerung der beteiligten externen Dienstleister
  • Aktivierung Problem Management (falls erforderlich)
  • Berichteten zu Major Incidents
  • IT Service Kommunikation zu den internen Kunden
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Berichtswesen zu den Service Kennzahlen
  • Einleiten von Eskalationen (falls erforderlich)
  • Moderation bei Eskalationen
  • Steuern des Problem-Bearbeitungsprozesses
  • Steuerung von Service Transitionen und des IT Knowledge Management
  • Identifikation, Verbesserung und Operationalisieren von Prozessanpassungen
Voraussetzungen

Fachliche Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement ist vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im IT Servicebereich sind vorteilhaft
  • ITIL Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil

Requirements
Fachliche Kompetenzen: Abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar Im Rahmen von Praktika während des Studiums erste beruflichen Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement, Change Management oder in der IT Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Gute MS-Officekenntnisse Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System wie z.B.
