Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Medical College, driving academic excellence and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement among faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications:

  • Recognized Postgraduate Medical degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor in a Medical College/Institution, with at least five years as Professor.
  • Administrative experience of a minimum of 5 years as Principal/Vice-Principal of an Institute of repute.
  • Expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks, including knowledge of NMC rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with the functioning of Teaching Hospitals and statutory guidelines.
  • Desired: Recognized postgraduate medical degree in a Clinical Subject.

Age and Experience Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 58 years.
  • Proven track record of leadership and administrative experience.
