  • Sourcing and Inventory Management:
  • Identify and onboard potential suppliers in alignment with project needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and storage conditions.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the availability of essential items.
  • Implement strategies for store space optimization and efficient material handling.
  • Purchase Order Execution:
  • Oversee the preparation, processing, and monitoring of purchase orders.
  • Ensure accurate deliveries and promptly address any discrepancies or delays.
  • Negotiation
  • Market Analysis
  • Help gather data for market trend analysis.
  • Support in identifying potential areas for costsaving.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Ensure procured items adhere to quality guidelines.
  • Work with the Quality Control department for product evaluations.
  • Documentation and Record Maintenance
  • Supervise the maintenance of comprehensive records of purchasing and storage activities.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaborations
  • Engage proactively with departments such as finance, logistics, and operations to optimize the purchasing and storage processes.

Qualifications:

Years of Experience - min 2 yrs.

Compensation: 16000/Month

Educational Background:
BCom, BBA, Diploma in Retail Management, Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, BSc in Mathematics/Statistics, or any relevant certifications

Professional / Technical Skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Knowledge in Tally is preferred.

Work Shift - 9am -6pm
