What you will do:

  • Strategizing and executing Google SEM, PPC, and social media paid campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Identifying and creating target audiences, analyzing their interests, behavior, and media habits.
  • Preparing media plans and pitch decks based on client briefs.
  • Setting up Google Ads and social media ads, with above-average experience in Google Ads and Facebook ads.
  • Monitoring and optimizing ads daily to achieve campaign goals.
  • Utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for monitoring, setting up dashboards, and reporting.
  • Generating client reports, including email reports, presentations, and more.
  • Coordinating with the content team in crafting compelling ad copies with a strong command of written English.
  • Coordinating with designers to create visually appealing ad copies.
  • Scaling up client businesses through strategic bidding, budget management, and campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. B/M qualified individuals with a strong aptitude for numbers are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms, media buys, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide logical reasoning.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager or other Social Media Marketing Tools.
