The Role:
  • Incident/Problem and Change manager position at Novo Nordisk.
  • Responsible for Incident and Problem management for PEMS system.
  • Conducting meetings to coordinate incident and problem ticket status with PEMS support team.
  • Coordinating with ASD team for incident handling activities.
  • Change management for PEMS and globalLIMS systems.
  • Release management for planned system releases on PEMS.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of IT support experience in incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience in ITIL & Service now tool.
  • Experience in GxP regulated industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Global mindset and cross-cultural understanding.
About the Department:

DD&IT India manages IT, which includes System, Project, Infrastructure, Compliance, Security, Process, and Vendor Management.

Product Supply (PS) IT responsible for global IT systems including operation, maintenance, support, and development.

Global IT drives projects, manages critical IT systems, services, and infrastructure across Novo Nordisk's value chain.
