What are we looking for?

  • Techmagnate, leading Digital Agency, is in search of an experienced, result-driven executive to lead and manage our team of over 100 experts in SEO, Content, Analytics, and Strategies.

Head of Digital should possess exceptional knowledge of all digital disciplines, with proven experience in managing teams across various areas.

  • The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of current and future digital trends and be actively involved in crafting strategies and tactics.

Candidate must have a customer-centric mindset and the capability to operate strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery, strategic vision, and operational execution for all departments.
  • Lead all efforts and goals on client campaigns.
  • Manage digital campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to optimization and performance analysis.
  • Implement Omnichannel Strategies Deployment.
  • Conduct Customer Journey Mapping, Gap Analysis, and develop strategies and solutions.
  • Establish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization by institutionalizing performance marketing metrics.
  • Provide Training, Coaching, and Mentoring to various teams.
  • Support RFP/Presales activities.
  • Drive flagship account growth.
  • Cultivate a High-Performance culture.
  • Manage branding and strategy for the in-house brand, oversee in-house team, Partnerships, PR, Awards, and brand strategy.
  • Supervise a team of over 100 digital marketing specialists.
  • Manage the marketing budget to meet customer acquisition targets.

Key Skills Set/Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with 23+ years in Head/Director/GM of Digital Marketing role.
  • Strong skills across performance and brand marketing, including search, content, and social.
  • Proven track record in developing SEO and Content Marketing strategies from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building social media strategies from scratch.
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in online marketing, audience targeting, Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in managing, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
  • We are seeking hands-on leaders, not just pure people managers.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in offline/brand marketing would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation.
  • Education from Tier 1 technology/management institutes would be advantageous.
