The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the influencer marketing industry, capable of optimizing processes, managing teams, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of campaigns.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
  • Optimize resource allocation and workflow management.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a highperforming operations team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client and Influencer Relations:

  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee influencer onboarding, relationship management, and campaign execution.
  • Resolve any operational issues that may arise with clients or influencers.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring costeffective practices.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the influencer marketing space.
  • Implement and leverage technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance capabilities.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with the executive team.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of longterm business plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, with a significant portion in the influencer marketing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
