Job Description

The Executive Vice President - Transformation & Operational Effectiveness is the architect of the delivery model for our largest clients globally. This person is responsible for the roadmap of capability and efficiency and will play a critical role in driving organizational change, optimizing processes, and designing innovative operating models to ensure the long-term success and growth of the company. This position offers a unique opportunity to design and lead transformative initiatives that directly impact operational effectiveness and overall performance for our clients, helping to strengthen profitability and client satisfaction.

The incumbent will work in partnership with senior leaders in client services, finance and customer technology / innovation to ensure our operating models are optimized, market leading and effective as well as to aide in measuring operational performance and providing interventions as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create 3-to-5-year roadmap for delivery organization, including capabilities, geographies, automations and efficiencies as a system that delivers client results.
  • Prioritize innovation for ongoing delivery and create business cases and ROI to be reviewed and agreed to by senior leadership.
  • Provide insight and analysis regarding the performance of client delivery teams and regularly review processes to ensure adherence and effectiveness
  • Manage annual and quarterly workforce planning processes to ensure our People & Culture teams can deliver the type of talent needed in line with client services expectations
  • Provide support and counsel to Client Services leaders in load balancing resources to ensure we meet client SLAs in a profitable manner
  • Inspire and embrace innovation across leaders in the organization
  • Work closely with Client Tech & Innovation leadership to regularly evolve our operating models to match the needs of the market, scale to the level of growth of the organization and ensure maximum efficiency in our use of tools and resources.
  • Develop and implement new operating models to align with strategic objectives.
  • Benchmark capabilities to competition, ensuring we are top quartile for performance
  • Evaluate current operating models and identify areas for optimization and transformation.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of operating model changes.
  • Systems thinker, able to digest multiple interacting concepts with interdependencies and simplify a path forward.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for change management initiatives.
  • Drive change adoption throughout the organization by inspiring and influencing teams across all verticals.
  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

  • Work cross-culturally and with all levels in the organization.
  • Lead process engineering initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and achieve organizational goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Executive Vice President – Transformation & Operational Effectiveness will lead the client operations team, the workforce planning team, and the shared services team.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree desired.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in process engineering, change leadership, and operating model design.
  • Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and delivering sustainable results.
  • Global experience delivering and innovating in a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of ability to lead and deliver results in globally matrixed organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong persuasive and listening skills that create compelling change plans.

Exposure:

  • Formal process engineering / optimization training such as Lean / Six Sigma.
  • Change management / leadership frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen / business case creation and defense.
