Sr. ERP System Administrator

to innovate, win and grow with us in Bangalore
How You'll Contribute

The Systems Administrator is responsible for application configuration, user setup, training, troubleshooting, and functions across a portfolio of systems and platforms within the Enterprise IT Applications Portfolio.

The primary focus of the role is support for the Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and 365 platforms.

This role also provides exposure to a wide range of corporate systems, including procurement (Coupa), expense management (Certify, Web Expenses), file transfer, and supporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and have an aptitude for clear process and system documentation.

The role will also involve functional testing, offering ample opportunities for skill development.

Essential Job Functions:
Administer, configure, and manage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX2012 and Dynamics 365).
Finance and Operations, Supply Chain, Project Accounting, Security
Administer, configure, and manage other Enterprise G&A systems, including finance, procurement, legal, HR, file transfer, and content management.
Manage system integrations with internal and external systems.
Provide user support for software systems, addressing queries, providing training, and performing troubleshooting of incidents and reported issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software configurations, user guides, and IT standard operating procedures.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions, for data manipulation and analysis and cleansing.
Conduct regulatory compliance audits related to software systems to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
Perform essential QA tasks as required for application changes and upgrades.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
ERP experience, system administration
4+ years' experience as administrator of Microsoft Dynamics AX\D365
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create and maintain clear and concise documentation.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications.
Expertise in using Excel and Excel formulas for data loads/manipulation.

Desired Skills:
Corporate system management best practices (e.g., SDLC/release management, change control, user access and segregation of duties, documentation)
Experience with agile project management methodologies
Experience with ITSM and ticket/work management solutions, such as Jira
Experience with file sharing and document repositories such as SharePoint and GoAnywhere.
Experience with documentation and collaboration platforms such as Confluence.
Experience with system integrations, API's, web services, etc.
Proficiency in data manipulation techniques.
Experience with internal controls, audit and compliance.
