We are looking for a dedicated ERP Implementor with an engineering background to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enhancing operational efficiency and business growth.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementor with a strong engineering background to manage and execute the implementation of our ERP solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both ERP systems and engineering processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Management: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and engineering processes, and translate these requirements into ERP system specifications

• System Configuration:

Configure ERP systems to meet client-specific requirements, including customization and integration with existing systems

• Training and Support:

Provide training and support to clients on ERP system usage, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to enhance their operations

• Process Optimization:

Analyze and optimize engineering and business processes to ensure efficient use of ERP systems

• Technical Documentation:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials

• Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects, ensuring clear and consistent communication

• Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems and implementation processes

Requirements Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on engineering processes

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) and related tools. Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex engineering and business processes

• Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

• Project Management:

Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring

• Adaptability:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Certifications:

Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
