Job Description
  • Covering the assigned area, identify business prospects, convert leads into sales, and convince customer towards decision making process;
  • Understand the pain pointing areas of the customer and offer the best suitable assembly tool among the range of the product line available.
  • Retain existing customers, identify new markets, new customers, new segments and new applications.
  • Take complete ownership of the sales business process.
  • Perform a product demonstrations, technical seminars to help the client improve knowledge.
  • Take the lead for the new product introduction and up scaling of solutions helping customer to achieve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
  • Discern the Microntech sales plan and execute actions within the assigned area to meet sales goals.
  • Focus on timely outstanding payment collection.
