As a Elite Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to nurture relationships with 3 to 4 High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) daily. Provide personalized financial solutions, conduct client visits, and ensure a seamless banking experience.
Position: Elite Relationship Manager
Department: Branch Banking
Experience: 5 to 9 Years in the Core Retail Liability Banking Sales Department
Pay Roll: On Roll – Permanent
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy Cross-sells existing bank products to customers Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfactionKey Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills Proven experience in client acquisition and premium account management. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Knowledge of business banking products and financial markets. Excellent communication and presentation skills.How to Apply:
