Security Services Manager to assist withdelivering high value high impact Security and Compliance Servicesto Oracle Cloud Customers.

The ideal candidateshould have demonstrable experience in customer facing roles andpossess adequate knowledge of cybersecurity controls especially inthe context of cloud technology.

EssentialSkills:

  • Intermediate to Expertlevel handson experience in Oracle APEX & AtlassiansConfluence. Should be able to manage application portals togenerate & enhance reporting requirements
  • Experience in scripting languages such as python MS Powerpoint & Excel Macros. Should be able to generate high qualitycustomer facing MS powerpoint decks
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of CloudComputing
  • Knowledge of Oracle Linux such asbasic navigation security patch analysis security best practiceconfiguration
  • Knowledge of Windows serversuch as common vulnerabilities configuration weaknesses &security best practices
  • Knowledge of scanningtools such as Nessus Qualys etc. or other such. Ability tointerpret scan data findings severity CVSS score etc.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills

Desirable Skills

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security concepts andconfiguration
  • Knowledge of Oracle FusionMiddleware security best practices API & web security OWASP Top10 and associated controls etc.
  • Knowledge ofone or more industry best practice standards & framework suchas CIS NIST STIG PCI DSS HIPAA & 21 Part 11
  • Project management skills
  • Possessingcurrent Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications
  • Relevant Security & technologycertifications
  • Able to read and understandservice contracts and associated entitlements &obligations

Function:Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Act as internal coordinator and assist with deploymentand ongoing management of a number of Enhanced Security Servicesfor example (but not limited to)
  • Threat &vulnerability management such as vulnerability scanning &penetration tests
  • Database security solutionssuch as Encryption Vaulting and Auditing
  • Dataobfuscation solutions such as Data masking & Data Redaction
  • Application layer security assessments andsecure configuration best practices
  • Raiseservice requests create tickets etc. to relevant teams on behalf ofsecurity service delivery team
  • Collaborate& partner with Security Service Managers & TechnicalAccount Managers in North America & Latin America to facilitatedelivery of obligated security services to customers
  • Develop high quality customer facing security servicesmetrics & templates comprehensive quarterly security servicereview decks; based on inputs from management & SSMs
  • Assist in enhancing reporting tools such as Oracle APEXConfluence etc. to meet internal reporting & trackingneeds
  • Work closely with crossfunctionalinternal teams build relationship with service owners cloudinfrastructure engineers risk management organization to facilitatetimely vulnerability remediations
  • Keep abreastof evolving security services within Oracles Managed SecurityServices space by taking relevant trainings participating inworkshops etc.
  • Create & maintain up todate customer service status & contract information pertainingto security services in relevant reporting portals applicationsetc.
  • Work closely with Oracles TechnicalAccount Managers (TAMs) to assist them in driving remediation ofsecurity vulnerabilities in customer tenancy
